Pringle Bay Villa is a breathtaking coastal escape located right on the shore of a charming seaside village in the Overberg region of the Western Cape, offering an authentic experience with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. With cosy indoor fireplaces, direct beach access, a private swimming pool and an outdoor living space shielded from the prevailing South Easter winds, Pringle Bay Beach Villa offers a magical stay year-round, no matter the season.
Pringle Bay Villa features four double en-suite bedrooms (two with extra-length king-size beds, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin single beds) sleeping up to eight guests, as well as an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living area. Outside, you'll discover an indigenous garden featuring a natural stream and pond (regularly visited by Cape Clawless Otters) a rim-flow pool, and a private outdoor bath and shower offering mesmerising 360-degree vistas. We highly recommend making use of the provided braai facilities to savour the stunning surroundings!
Pringle Bay is a quaint seaside village in the Overberg region of South Africa, renowned for its spectacular views, small-town charm, rich marine life, crayfish, surfing, and long stretches of pristine white sand beaches. It's here, conveniently located 90 minutes from Cape Town and 60 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, that Pringle Bay Villa offers the perfect base to experience the coastal magic of the surrounds.
There's no better place than the view-drenched deck to kick back and relax with a sundowner, but those looking to explore the surrounds will love its proximity to Hermanus and the Hemel en Aarde wine route, Kleinmond, Arabella Golf Cours, nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, a notable penguin colony in Betty's Bay, and the Harold Porter Nature Reserve. Within walking distance, you'll find charming shops, coffee spots, and restaurants.

Will definitely return
We really liked the location right on the beach, the house is great, modern and beautifully laid out with all rooms with a sea view. The owners had thought of most things and it was very comfortable. All in all it was wonderful and we would definitely go again.
